bbtaka Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bbtaka website accessible at https://bbtaka.bet and all associated sub-pages, mobile-optimised interfaces, and services offered therein.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player on the Platform, used to access games, place bets, and conduct financial transactions.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a game, sporting event, or other outcome offered by the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or matched deposit offered by bbtaka subject to specific terms and wagering conditions.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole transactional currency of the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawal processing.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Access to and use of the bbtaka Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bbtaka enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Any attempt to create an account by an individual under the age of 21 is a breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships may not register player accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on the bbtaka Platform or any affiliated platform at the time of registration.
• You must be the legal owner of the payment method used to fund your account. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

bbtaka reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, address, and payment method ownership at any stage. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes delivered to your registered mobile number. bbtaka will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

You must notify bbtaka immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. bbtaka may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security incident.

The sharing of account credentials with any third party is strictly forbidden. bbtaka reserves the right to close accounts where credential sharing is detected and to void any bets placed during unauthorised sessions.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

bbtaka accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) through the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. No foreign currency transfers are accepted. All transaction amounts on the Platform are denominated in BDT.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100. Maximum single deposit limits may apply and will be communicated within the cashier interface.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing time: Withdrawals are processed within 1–24 hours for verified accounts. Unverified accounts must complete KYC before any withdrawal is released.
• Same-method rule: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability.
• Transaction fees: bbtaka does not charge internal processing fees. Third-party charges imposed by mobile financial service providers (e.g., bKash transaction fees) are the responsibility of the Player.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bbtaka may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual offer:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• bbtaka reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice in cases of suspected abuse, system error, or misrepresentation.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts and carry no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• Any winnings generated through identified bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using prohibited betting strategies, or providing false information — will be voided.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on the bbtaka Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sport. In the event of a conflict between general Platform rules and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail. bbtaka partners with certified studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi; each studio's published game rules are incorporated by reference.

• Bets once confirmed and accepted by the Platform may not be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• In the event of a technical error or malfunction during gameplay, bbtaka reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the Player's account balance.
• For live sports betting, bbtaka's official trading team determines the final result of all markets. In cases of disputed outcomes, the Platform's decision is final and binding.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within the game or betting interface and may be adjusted by bbtaka at any time.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bbtaka Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account on the Platform under any name, identity, or payment method.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in any way not intended for human users.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification processes.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

8. Responsible Gaming Obligations

bbtaka is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all its players. The Platform provides voluntary tools including deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players who feel their gambling is becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to use these tools and to seek help from qualified support services.

By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you gamble for entertainment purposes and with funds you can afford to lose. You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent risk and that past results do not predict future outcomes. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bbtaka Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of bbtaka or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any bbtaka content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of bbtaka intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permissible.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bbtaka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

bbtaka does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect access to the site or specific games. bbtaka will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses incurred during periods of unavailability.

The total aggregate liability of bbtaka to any Player for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

bbtaka collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bbtaka uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit and applies industry-standard security measures to protect data at rest.

12. Amendments to These Terms

bbtaka reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via a notice displayed on the Platform or via the email address or mobile number on file. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bbtaka Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through bbtaka's internal complaints process by contacting [email protected]. bbtaka aims to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, either party may seek resolution through binding arbitration. Class-action proceedings against bbtaka are expressly waived to the extent permitted by law.
